ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
A. Performs non-tank cleaning duties such as property and/or equipment maintenance.
B. Preserves the confidentiality of RCS intellectual property and methods.
C. Exhibits a high level of quality work through accuracy and thoroughness.
D. Demonstrates effective planning and organization by managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
E. Comprehends and demonstrates the technical knowledge required to achieve RCS tank cleaning operational responsibilities.
F. Verifies fall protection competence through certification and practice.
G. Demonstrates the ability to rig up and rig down RCS cleaning machinery/equipment safely and efficiently.
H. Confirms ability to clean tanks and containers utilized in RCS operations.
I. Understands the necessity and ability to clean and maintain RCS equipment throughout all aspects of operations.
J. Comprehends and verifies the ability to perform confined space entry and rescue.
K. Comprehends and adheres to all federal and RCS safety/security requirements while demonstrating proper execution in following the procedures/policies on a consistent basis.
L. Understands, identifies and mitigates hazards.
M. Reports any potentially unsafe conditions.
N. Provides regular feedback to the management team to promote continuous improvement for RCS.
O. Demonstrates professional communication skills during interaction with co-workers when communicating in person, by telephone or email.
P. Exhibits the desire to act as a team player by demonstrating teamwork through initiative, creativity and innovation.
Q. Proves the ability to solve problems and to interpret a variety of instructions. R. Provides leadership and direction to the offshore team members.
S. Communicates with the customer in a professional manner, giving updates to the Operations Manager.
T. Assists in the development of the agenda for the safety meetings on a quarterly basis.
U. Leads and fosters a harmonious workplace environment including all team members.
V. Shows creativity by providing new ideas pertaining to proactive safety activities.
W. Conducts audits on offshore equipment to ensure all equipment is returned to the shop and in working order. X. Performs administrative and office support activities.

SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS A. Must have at least one year of supervisory experience, does not have to be tank cleaning supervisor experience. B. Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals. C. Must have good verbal/written communication skills. D. Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals. E. Ability to solve problems and an ability to interpret a variety of instructions, policies and data. F. Must have strong organizations, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. G. Demonstrated people and leadership skills including conflict resolution, team building and excellent communication skills. H. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. I. Work well in teams to coordinate various special projects. J. Demonstrated professional maturity and ability to act as a change leader. K. Professional appearance and demeanor. L. Must have a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). M. Must have six (6) months of tank cleaning experience or another industry- related experience will qualify.
